Welcome!
"Practice in tradition is the foundation of this style of karate, rather than a display for tournament."
Anshin School of Karate has developed well structured, focused programs and classes built on traditional Karate, designed for both children and adults of all ages. Classes are held for children ages 3-9, children ages 10-17, and adults 17+. We also teach street defense!
These programs help teach children self control, respect for themselves and others, sportsmanship, inner strength and bully proofing. Students have been shown to improve their academic performance, achieve better grades in school and a stronger ability to say "NO" to peer pressure.
For adults, our programs are great for stress relief, flexibility, weight loss, self defense, confidence and increasing energy. Also, they are tons of fun!
High ranking, fully qualified, registered Black Belt instructors.
"Your safety is our priority!"
